>> Wm "Bill" Maloy – Founder and President: Since its inception in 1966, Bill Maloy has been the driving force behind the company, starting with only a few family members as staff and a very sparse crew in the field. Bill began his career in the industry working in collections for a large Los Angeles car dealership where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience that helped him form his own company. Working in the field for Wm Maloy Company, Bill learned first-hand what was necessary to create a successful company and honed his skills and company policies to match what was needed. Through years of continued growth, Wm Maloy Company has been honored with many awards as a member of ARA, TFA and CALR. Bill is a past president of ARA and CALR and served on the board of both organizations. Currently, Bill works in close tandem with Lisa Maloy in overseeing areas of the company's operations. Bill has also won numerous awards and recognitions including: Bob Dempsey Award from the ARA. He is also a 3 time winner of the Key Award by the ARA. The ARA has also given Bill a Special Recognition Award and the Lorna Lou Barnes Memorial Award. He was named Member of the year by the NFA and also won the Presidents Award and an Award of merit from CALR and a Humanitarian Award from the RSIG.

>> Lisa Maloy – Manager: Armed with a degree from the University of Oregon, Lisa's plan was to attend graduate school and become a teacher at the community college level. Her father, Wm Maloy, suggested she work at the company part-time while attending school. That was 20 years ago when they were doing only 50-75 cars a month. Now, at over 400 cars a month, it's obvious Lisa is here to stay. As the number two in the organization, Lisa's duties involve every aspect of the daily life of the organization as well as other "big picture" duties such as marketing and company growth.

>> Kevin – As Wm Maloy's Lead Liquidator, Kevin provides our clients with a level of focused customer service not available from most other companies. With over 30 years experience with the Wm Maloy Company, Kevin has literally worked his way up through the ranks in every conceivable position from office maintenance to field adjuster and now to his current position as Lead Liquidator. Kevin's vast knowledge of the industry and his many specialized skills make him an invaluable asset to our company.

>> Shelly – Skip Tracer: 18 years in the auto finance industry has given Shelly unique insights and abilities that she puts to use daily in her position as skip tracer. She specializes in "untraceable" accounts, those files that others might shove in a bottom desk drawer. Not Shelly. The job is not done until the account is resolved and we're glad she's on our team.

>> Leslie – Collections & Skip Tracer: Another veteran with over 11 years in the industry, Leslie has been with Wm Maloy Company for over 2 years, specializing in fraud deals and those involving motor homes, boats, etc.

>> Sam – Sam joined the Wm Maloy Company several years ago backed by over 17 years experience in collections. As the company's Administrator he holds the highly detail-oriented job of making sure that all of the volumes of paperwork required for any account are exactly as they should be. We're proud to congratulate Sam for recently receiving his bachelor's degree in business from Westwood College and wish him all the best as he now continues his pursuit of a master's degree in Business.

>> Marlene – Marlene's uncanny ability to skip trace has led many private investigators and even local police departments to call upon her for assistance in locating secondary customers. Many of her unique talents are a result of her years in the banking business. For instance, Marlene is in charge of one of our most valued services; the constant updating of our clients' various accounts.
